About the role
The Warehouse Keeper ensures that all materials and equipment required for real‑estate projects are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. This position supports construction sites by maintaining precise inventory records and guaranteeing that deliveries meet project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Receive materials and equipment, verifying they match purchase orders and invoices.
- Organise and store items to allow easy access while preventing damage or loss.
- Record inventory movements in the system or manual logs.
- Conduct regular, comprehensive inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil project and site needs.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory status and potential risks.
Required profile
- Education in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Ability to work with multiple software programs such as Excel and Word.
