Inbound Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Inbound Logistics Coordinator will manage all inbound logistics activities, acting as the primary link between suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents and our internal warehouse teams. The role ensures timely and accurate delivery of goods to company warehouses while maintaining proper documentation and system updates.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and shipping agents to plan inbound shipment schedules.
• Track shipments from dispatch to final warehouse delivery.
• Verify and maintain accurate shipping documentation (invoices, purchase orders, packing lists).
• Liaise with customs brokers to ensure compliance with import regulations.
• Update inbound shipment data in SAP and keep tracking records current.
• Identify and resolve shipment discrepancies or non‑conformities.
• Collaborate with Inventory & Demand Planning and warehouse managers on delivery timelines and product verification.
• Monitor delivery performance and report using Excel and tracking tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply‑chain coordination, preferably in FMCG.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, international logistics processes and basic customs regulations.
