About the role
Royal Trip Travel is seeking an Operations Officer to join its Sulaymaniyah office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across travel booking, visa processing, and client services, supporting the company’s mission to simplify travel planning.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational workflows between internal teams to guarantee timely travel bookings and visa applications.
- Maintain accurate financial records, monitor budgets, and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee documentation and compliance requirements related to visa services.
Required profile
- Strong operations management and analytical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competence in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Organizational talent with the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the travel or tourism sector is a plus.
