Vocational Trainer – Ninewa (Iraqi Nationals)

About the role

The Sustainable Research and Development Center is seeking a Vocational Trainer to organise and deliver technical training workshops across the Ninewa governorate in Iraq. The role involves establishing workshops, training participants in various technical fields, and supporting project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up vocational training workshops and provide information to partners and clients.
• Select and support trainer assistants, offering regular feedback to the project manager and field coordinators.
• Deliver high‑quality technical training to participants in Mosul, Telafar, Hamdaniya, and Qayyara.
• Organise and attend weekly meetings and review sessions.
• Create and maintain a database of participants, track attendance, and report activities to the manager.
• Ensure training sessions are completed on schedule and new workshops start as planned.
• Carry out any additional assignments required by the supervisor.

Required profile

• University degree in at least one of the listed technical areas.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably in training.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic (both oral and written).
• Good computer skills.
