Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer will ensure successful installation, commissioning, and ongoing support of PV inverter products and related systems across the assigned region. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and product development to deliver high‑quality technical service and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and provide guidance on inverters, data collectors, and management systems.
• Organise technical training, perform maintenance, and execute upgrades for field equipment.
• Respond promptly to on‑site service issues and resolve after‑sale problems for inverter and management systems.
• Draft and review technical agreements, tender documents, and project technical data.
• Collect and analyse customer needs to inform product planning and development.
• Support international market interactions, gather market intelligence, and address technical inquiries from overseas customers.
• Develop customer relationships, assist in project operations, and collaborate with sales to achieve inverter product targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering (automation, electrical, computer, mechanical, etc.).
• Experience delivering and maintaining electrical equipment, software, and hardware.
• Previous work in the PV or inverter sector with relevant electrical certifications.
• Strong English proficiency for daily use and long‑term business travel.
• Customer‑service orientation with excellent coordination abilities.
