About the role

Join PwC’s Tax and Legal Services (TLS) Graduate Programme in Iraq and work alongside senior business leaders to help clients navigate complex tax regulations, optimise their tax positions and address legal challenges. The programme offers a fast‑track pathway to management, combining hands‑on client work with structured technical training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with tax planning, compliance and strategic advice.
• Conduct research and advanced data analysis to support tax and legal solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to project delivery.
• Collaborate with regional teams on large, complex engagements.
• Prepare documentation and reports for tax filings and advisory work.

Required profile

• Recent or final‑year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Academic performance equivalent to a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and client‑management abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Iraq without restrictions.
• Motivation to pursue professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) during the programme.
