About the role

Join PwC’s Tax & Legal Services (TLS) Graduate Programme and start a fast‑track career helping clients with tax planning, compliance and strategy. As an Associate you will be part of the “Pathway to Manager” (P2M) journey, gaining hands‑on experience with some of the region’s largest companies.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients on tax planning, compliance and advisory projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders to solve complex tax and legal challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and support their strategic decisions.
• Participate in advanced data analysis and research activities.

Required profile

• Recent or final‑year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Strong academic record (GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Analytical, communication and client‑management abilities.
• Eligibility to work in Iraq without restrictions.
• Motivation to pursue professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
