Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

MZ Talent Group IQ is expanding its Tech Recruitment division and seeks a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Iraq team. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and placing technology professionals for a range of local companies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with technology companies across Iraq.
• Source, attract, and assess tech talent using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the Tech division.
• Negotiate offers and close placements to meet client and candidate expectations.

Required profile

• Degree in a technology‑related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales or business‑development experience.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and professional.
• Valid driving licence, access to a car and residence within ~30 minutes of Karada.

What we offer

• Basic salary up to 400,000 IQD per month.
• 20 % commission structure with potential earnings of up to USD 18,000 per year.
