Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for RT Iraq, ensuring the bank attracts and hires qualified talent that aligns with its business goals and values. This position plays a key role in building a strong workforce by managing sourcing, assessment, and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, databases and professional networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and provide market insights.
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Promote RT Iraq’s employer brand through candidate experience and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor laws and confidentiality of all recruitment data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in the Iraqi or broader Middle‑East labor market is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic; Kurdish is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and manage stakeholder expectations.
