About the role

The Student Life Coordinator leads the Student Life Organization (SLO) at CADMUS® International School. Reporting to the School Director, the role empowers students to improve school culture, raise academic standards, and develop into responsible, world‑class citizens through coordinated extracurricular activities and leadership programs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Student Life Organization and all its departmental activities.
• Recruit, build, and maintain the SLO team, ensuring effective coordination with other school departments.
• Motivate and inspire students to join and actively participate in the SLO.
• Plan the academic year proactively based on school requirements and priorities.
• Promote SLO achievements, events, and activities throughout the year.
• Train student prefects in academic, managerial, and leadership skills.
• Guide prefects to meet administrative and academic needs, providing necessary tools.
• Collaborate with Academic Quality Controllers and Heads of Departments to support academic success.
• Manage the advising curriculum and schedule advising classes.
• Work closely with the Student Management Coordinator to uphold discipline standards.
• Hold weekly meetings with the School Director to review performance and goals.
• Lead weekly SLO leadership team meetings to discuss goals, achievements, and challenges.
• Participate in and lead school events such as trips, competitions, and games.
