Solutions Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as a Solutions Engineer. The role offers structured training and hands‑on exposure to real customer environments, working closely with sales, senior engineers, and solution architects.

Key responsibilities

• Complete technical training and solution enablement programs.
• Learn the company’s solution portfolio and customer use cases.
• Engage with customers to gather technical and business requirements.
• Design and support the implementation of technical solutions.
• Assist sales with technical presentations, product demos, and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Work across AI & Data Platforms, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Virtualization, and Automation solutions.
• Prepare documentation, solution proposals, and handover materials.
• Collaborate with project and delivery teams and travel as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
