About the role
The IT Associate supports the bank's technology operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient banking services across various domains.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support IT systems and infrastructure.
- Resolve technical issues and incidents.
- Implement security controls and ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with areas such as Cards, System Administration, Network & Security Engineering, IT Governance, and IT Security & Access Management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
