Solution Engineer

About the role

The Solution Engineer drives revenue growth by validating technical solutions, designing tailored architectures, and turning proof‑of‑concepts into paid contracts. The role focuses on improving conversion rates and shortening sales cycles through rapid demos and effective technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects.
• Design solution architecture covering platforms, integrations, APIs and connectivity.
• Deliver product demos and presentations on short notice.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept and pilot implementations.
• Provide technical input for proposals and support sales during the closing stage.
• Achieve a minimum 60 % conversion of pilots to contracts within 90 days.
• Maintain at least a 70 % technical win rate during evaluation.
• Deliver technical demos within 5 working days and final proposals within 7 working days after scope confirmation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of pre‑sales or solution engineering experience.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms or enterprise systems.
