Social Media & Multimedia Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media & Multimedia Content Specialist to shape our visual storytelling across digital and offline channels. You will produce photo and video assets, design graphics, and manage social media content for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site photo and video shoots for products, user interviews, and events.
• Plan, script, film, and edit short promotional videos, demos, and event coverage.
• Interview customers to capture authentic testimonials and insights.
• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, print materials, roadshows, and exhibitions while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage external vendors for printing and production, guaranteeing quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager, marketing, product, and tech teams to translate ideas into compelling visual assets.
• Stay current with design trends, creative tools, and multimedia technologies.
• Oversee social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and posting.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English; Kurdish is a plus.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site for shoots, interviews, and events.
• Excellent time‑management skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to use AI tools to enhance content creation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong video‑editing skills with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Good photography and video‑shooting capabilities.
