Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

TECNO is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage its in‑store and online presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms. The role combines content creation, video editing and coordination with external agencies to boost brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and additional social media channels.
• Create and capture in‑store content such as product showcases, events and customer experiences.
• Edit and publish engaging short‑form videos using CapCut or similar tools.
• Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Support monthly promotion plans within allocated budgets.
• Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies for advertising campaigns.
• Monitor account performance, campaign results and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook platforms.
• Proficiency in CapCut or comparable video‑editing software.
• Basic photography, videography and copywriting abilities.
