Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Aurelle Complex, a healthcare and professional education hub in Baghdad, is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Marketing Specialist. The role involves planning and managing social media activities for the Aurelle brand and its three service lines while ensuring responsible healthcare communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Aurelle Complex, Beauty Center, Dental, and Academy.
• Create monthly content calendars, write bilingual captions, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
• Coordinate with doctors, instructors, and the creative team to produce accurate photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and educational material.
• Monitor comments and messages, provide first‑response support, and route inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Support paid campaigns via Meta Ads and Google Ads, handling audience selection, budgeting, creative testing, and performance monitoring.
• Track metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, appointments, and cost per result, and prepare regular performance reports with recommendations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist, Manager, or Digital Marketing role.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and analytics.
• Excellent Arabic and English writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
