About the role

Formonic is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our on‑site team in Sulaymaniyah District. You will shape and execute social media strategies that amplify our brand presence and engage our audience across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule high‑quality content for various social channels.
• Optimize social media accounts using SMO techniques to increase reach and engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience developing content strategies for diverse platforms.
• Excellent writing ability with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
