Social Media Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Coordinator to shape and grow our online presence. The role involves developing strategies, producing engaging content, and driving audience interaction across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and maintain company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms.
• Create, curate and publish posts, graphics, videos and stories.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and platform updates to refine content plans.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture an online community.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and running successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of analytics, paid advertising and content strategy.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication abilities.
• Creativity, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
