Site Manager – Technical Operations & Service Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, leadership‑driven Site Manager to oversee and coordinate technical operations and service delivery on‑site. The role serves as the primary point of contact for field operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, technical service execution and team deployment.
• Ensure all site activities comply with HSE and quality regulations.
• Monitor project timelines, produce progress reports and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Coordinate closely with clients and headquarters to guarantee seamless operational delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within Oil & Gas, Power or Heavy Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication and field‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English.
