Site Contract Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Contract Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of on‑site project contracts. The role ensures strict compliance with contractual terms, budgets, and schedules while acting as the primary liaison between contractors, management, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, record, evaluate, and process contract variations, additions, omissions, and change instructions promptly.
• Negotiate fair rates for works not covered by the original contract framework.
• Manage all contract‑related correspondence, including formal notices of delays, claims, or breaches.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contract registers, variation logs, delay trackers, and Extension of Time (EOT) records.
• Monitor, analyse, and assist in the evaluation or defence of subcontractor claims regarding time or cost.
• Lead the preparation of final accounts, reconciling measured work, variations, and materials on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Contract Law, Risk Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of contract administration experience in international Oil & Gas or heavy infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of contract law, procurement processes, industry‑standard contract forms, and technical project drawings.
• Strong interpersonal, dispute‑resolution, and negotiation skills in English.
• Field‑based or rotational work setting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking.
• Familiarity with document‑management systems such as SharePoint.
