Showroom Promoter – Promote Products & Brand

About the role

The Showroom Promoter will represent our brand in retail locations across Erbil, engaging customers, explaining product features and encouraging purchases. This role is essential for increasing brand visibility and gathering valuable market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Promote products and enhance brand awareness in shopping malls, retail stores and events.
• Explain product features in Kurdish, Arabic and basic English as needed.
• Assist customers, answer questions and encourage product purchases.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform future promotions.
• Maintain a positive brand image and ensure the promotional area is tidy and inviting.
• Work towards achieving sales and promotional targets set by management.

Required profile

• Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence interacting with diverse customers.
• Previous experience in promotion, sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shopping malls, retail stores or event settings.
