Product & Capabilities Development Manager – Aesthetics

About the role

Organic Aesthetic Co. seeks a strategic leader to drive product strategy and elevate the selling capabilities of its commercial teams across Iraq. The role combines brand management with hands‑on coaching of sales managers, medical and commercial representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand plans, manage product lifecycle, and allocate budgets to maximize market share.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities.
• Create high‑impact omnichannel campaigns and promotional materials for healthcare professionals and key accounts.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders, deliver scientific education and product demonstrations, and provide product knowledge training to sales teams.
• Design and deliver training modules on selling skills, account management, objection handling and negotiation.
• Conduct field coaching rides, give real‑time feedback and track performance metrics to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Experience in marketing and capability development, preferably in aesthetics or medical devices.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Iraq provinces.
• Proven analytical, strategic thinking and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Teaching, training or facilitation experience to simplify complex scientific concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
