About the role

The Shopping Center Manager will lead the Family Mall in Duhok, overseeing all operational, financial, and strategic aspects to ensure a thriving retail environment. This senior position requires a strong focus on customer experience, tenant relations, and performance-driven management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the centre’s business plan in line with financial results and strategic goals.
• Monitor and report on local market developments and trends.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with headquarters on legal, collections, and compliance matters.
• Manage, coordinate, and report on the annual operating expense budget.
• Foster team spirit, evaluate performance, and lead the centre management team.
• Control and coordinate service quality of all outsourced support services.
• Collaborate with tenants, suppliers, and local authorities to drive better results.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real‑estate, shopping‑mall, or retail management.
• Deep knowledge of marketing, finance, and facility management disciplines.
• Proven ability to create value through customer experience and performance focus.
• Experience handling annual business planning, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
