Asset and Property Director

About the role

The Asset and Property Director is responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximise the return on TASC’s asset and property portfolio. This senior role provides oversight of site acquisition, lease management, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction across the operating market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site acquisition, ground‑lease renewals, co‑location projects and other property‑related activities.
• Maintain accurate, high‑quality property management data and ensure it serves as the company‑wide single source of truth.
• Act as a bridge between technical and sales teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring clear customer communication.
• Guarantee that all assets comply with local regulations and hold required permits.
• Supervise development of tools and systems that support asset and property policies.
• Define and manage the overall asset‑management strategy for the market and contribute to corporate‑wide strategy.
• Implement anti‑corruption policies and support acquisition/divestiture due diligence.
• Negotiate, implement and monitor processes for potential asset acquisitions.
• Provide senior management with reports on community issues, lease renewals, acquisition timelines and asset performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve critical issues in line with TASC quality standards.
• Prepare documentation and obtain international and local sustainability certifications.
• Manage the division budget and collaborate with HR to attract top talent.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in asset and property management, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory and permitting requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance of an asset portfolio.
• Commitment to corporate governance and anti‑corruption standards.
