About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and results‑driven Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Baghdad. The role focuses on advising clients on international real‑estate investment opportunities, building long‑term relationships, and managing the sales journey from first consultation to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full real‑estate sales cycle, from initial client consultation to successful deal closure.
• Understand clients’ investment goals and recommend suitable international property opportunities.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, proactive prospecting, and relationship building.
• Present and promote international real‑estate projects and investment opportunities to potential clients.
• Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close property deals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via meetings, calls, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure a smooth sales and client‑service process.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and relevant developments.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of proven experience in real‑estate sales or property investment advisory.
• Strong ability to generate clients through personal networks, referrals, and professional relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Target‑driven sales mindset with a proven track record of meeting objectives.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
