Service Engineer – Central Iraq

About the role
The Service Engineer will provide corrective, preventive, and maintenance support for customer equipment across Central Iraq. The role involves on‑site visits, installation of new machines, and delivering consumables and spare parts as required.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customer sites to repair and install machines.
- Deliver consumables and spare parts on demand.
- Conduct site evaluations and train customer operators.
- Provide phone support, including after‑hours and holidays.
- Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and coordinate with suppliers.
- Prepare and send daily service reports to the supervisor.
- Travel by car to all areas within the assigned region.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical maintenance service.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Strong attention to detail and honesty in communication.
- Professional attitude with a customer‑focused approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
