Senior UI/UX Developer (Front-End Expertise)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Developer with strong front-end expertise to lead the creation of modern, user-centric interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. The role bridges visual design and code, ensuring seamless experiences that align with product goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to define user-centric solutions.
• Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes and final designs.
• Develop high-quality front-end code using Vue.js, React or Angular.
• Maintain consistency, responsiveness, accessibility and performance across all interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and A/B testing to validate designs.
• Create and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
• Mentor junior designers and front-end developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Proven ability to lead design discussions and justify decisions with data.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred), React, Angular.
• Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks.
• Design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration with back-end services.
• Accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Motion design tools such as Framer Motion or Lottie (optional).
