Senior Region Manager

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Senior Region Manager to lead operations for a country’s Product Service Line (PSL). The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service, ensuring world‑class safety, and driving PSL growth to maximize shareholder value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all PSL operations for the assigned country, overseeing safety, service quality, and growth.
• Develop the annual business plan and maintain ongoing performance forecasts.
• Own profit & loss, ROI, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships to assess local needs and service quality.
• Act as liaison with Halliburton Energy Services Business Development.
• Collaborate on regional pricing strategies, technology initiatives, and rollout of new products and services.
• Identify new technology opportunities and drive commercialization.
• Establish competency requirements, oversee training, and manage regional workforce planning.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in the energy services industry.
• Proven experience managing teams and multiple product service lines.
• Ability to influence profitability and organizational reputation.
