Senior Influencer Manager

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Senior Influencer Manager to support DG MENA’s communication outreach on EU policies across the Middle East, North Africa, and the Gulf. The role will be part of a short‑term pool of experts mobilised on demand during a 36‑month project.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer engagement strategies aligned with DG MENA communication objectives.
• Identify, assess, and manage relationships with influencers, digital creators, and opinion leaders.
• Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns promoting EU policies, initiatives, and partnerships.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate influencer activities with broader communication and social media campaigns.
• Advise on audience engagement strategies and emerging digital communication trends.
• Assist in developing campaign concepts, messaging, and digital content.
• Liaise with communication teams, external partners, and service providers to ensure effective delivery.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, marketing, or digital media.
• Fluent English; French and/or Arabic are assets.
• Minimum 5 years of general experience in digital/social media communication.
• At least 3 years of specific experience in influencer relations and campaign management.
