Senior Implementation Manager

About the role

The Senior Implementation Manager leads engineering, project and energy teams to deliver telecom and wireless construction projects in line with TASC standards. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while driving continuous improvement through new tools and methods.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee project, engineering and energy teams to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitor the full project lifecycle, ensuring service delivery within allocated budget and schedule.
• Create and maintain frameworks for project tracking, reporting and escalation.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Lead procurement, technical planning, risk management, contracts and documentation.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental activities and communicate project status.
• Conduct customer meetings to outline construction processes and procedures.
• Develop safety procedures and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Human Resources on talent acquisition, performance reviews and employee development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience in wireless construction management.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with telecom tower specifications and standards such as TIA‑222.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders and drive results.
