Senior Data Scientist – Advanced Analytics & AI

About the role

We are building a fast‑growing Supply Data Science vertical at Baly and need a Senior Data Scientist to design and deliver advanced analytics and AI solutions. You will translate business priorities into scalable analytical products and own their full lifecycle from ideation to deployment and value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across commercial, operations and growth to identify strategic analytics opportunities.
• Lead development of predictive models, machine‑learning solutions and analytical frameworks for driver engagement challenges.
• Design scalable products for supply/demand forecasting, driver segmentation, personalization, incentive effectiveness and lifecycle optimization.
• Translate complex model outputs into clear business insights for senior management.
• Guide experimentation, A/B testing and causal inference to validate hypotheses.
• Mentor data analysts and contribute to the organization’s AI roadmap.
• Act as a trusted advisor on data‑driven decision making and ensure measurable business impact.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics or applied machine learning.
• Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end production‑grade ML solutions with measurable impact.
• Experience in ride‑hailing, e‑commerce or other consumer‑facing environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
