Senior Branch Manager – Printing Solutions

About the role

Al Farage Company is seeking a Senior Branch Manager to lead its Baghdad branch in the Xerox and printing solutions market. You will drive strategic growth, manage a high‑performing sales team, and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company targets for Xerox and printing solutions.
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance and providing coaching.
• Identify new business opportunities and key market segments within the printing industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and key accounts.
• Oversee client negotiations, pricing strategies and contract agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
• Analyze sales data, market trends and competitor activities to inform decisions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling escalations and maintaining service quality.
• Support the team in closing high‑value and complex deals.
• Stay updated on Xerox technologies, printing solutions and industry advancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or senior sales leader, preferably in printing, Xerox solutions or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team‑management track record with consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of sales‑management principles, reporting tools and CRM systems.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and a valid driving licence.
