Account Manager

About the role

We are a leading delivery and logistics company in Iraq seeking a data‑driven, critical‑thinking Account Manager to join our Commercial Department. The role focuses on managing client relationships, improving account performance, and driving customer retention through data insights and strong relationship‑management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop long‑term relationships with assigned clients and key accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact, understanding client needs and ensuring high service levels.
• Monitor account performance, customer activity, and commercial metrics.
• Analyze account data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and account growth.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an account management, key account or customer success role.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, reporting tools and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
