About the role
MZ Talent Group is recruiting a Secondary Humanities Teacher for an international school in Baghdad. The role is a two‑year fixed‑term contract starting in August 2026, delivering UK‑curriculum based humanities education at secondary level.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality Humanities lessons to secondary students.
- Plan and prepare lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Assess, monitor and report on student progress.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
- Contribute to the wider academic life of the school.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Strong experience teaching the UK curriculum.
- PGCE with QTS, recognised equivalent teaching qualification, or a Master's degree in the relevant subject area.

What we offer
- Salary up to $3,800 per month, tax‑free, depending on experience and qualifications.
- 12 months' salary.
