Sales Trainer

About the role

The Sales Trainer will design and deliver key training programmes for both program and non‑program sales staff across Iraq. Working closely with internal functions and partner stakeholders, the role ensures training is aligned with business needs and delivered smoothly in various formats.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver vendor‑developed curriculum in classrooms, virtual sessions, customer sites, and in‑store locations.
• Identify training needs and improvement opportunities by collaborating with key functions.
• Publish partner training progress reports and ensure compliance for all program partners.
• Maintain and update training kits and create local content for new product introductions.
• Uphold premium technology training standards throughout Iraq.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience as a trainer with a proven track record of delivering effective training.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom delivery abilities.
• Strong planning, organization, and implementation skills.
• Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and instructional design processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing schedules.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and trustworthiness.
