Sales Specialist

About the role

Zoomlion is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to drive growth in Iraq’s construction and heavy‑machinery market. The role focuses on direct customer interaction, lead generation, and supporting financing and collection processes while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets, including lead generation and conversion.
• Support the Regional Manager in meeting overall business objectives.
• Develop new client relationships and nurture existing accounts.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to forecast demand and guide growth strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create marketing and communication tools for new products and solutions.
• Coordinate financing and collection activities with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments.

Required profile

• Iraqi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction, heavy‑machinery or automobile sectors.
• Proven experience selling in Iraq.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
