About the role
Protech Iraq is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Specialist to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships in Erbil. You will represent our portfolio of enterprise solutions, helping modern workplaces become more efficient and productive.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across the technology sector.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Participate in regular training to stay current on product offerings and market trends.
- Support sales management with forecasting, reporting, and revenue‑target achievement.
Required profile
- Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building ability.
- Demonstrated B2B or technology sales experience, including prospecting and closing.
- Experience training customers or internal teams on technical solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise or office‑technology solutions is a plus.
- Result‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Erbil is an asset.
