Sales & Service Engineer – Aesthetic Medical Devices

About the role

The Sales & Service Engineer will promote, sell, install and maintain aesthetic medical equipment such as laser systems, RF devices and sKincare technologies. Working closely with dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers and hospitals, you will ensure optimal performance of the devices while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell aesthetic medical equipment to clinics, hospitals and aesthetic centers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and clinical discussions with doctors and staff.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet assigned targets.
• Install, commission and test equipment at customer sites.
• Provide user training and product education to medical personnel.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and corrective repairs to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate service reports, installation records and maintenance logs.
• Gather market feedback, competitor analysis and customer insights for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience maintaining medical or aesthetic devices (laser, RF, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of energy‑based devices and sKincare technology.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and service documents.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
