Sales Section Head – Lead Sales Team in Baghdad

About the role

The Sales Section Head will be based in Baghdad and will lead a dedicated team of sales professionals. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and train the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Design, implement and monitor sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee account management, nurture key client relationships and expand the customer base.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management and a track record of meeting revenue goals.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret market trends.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
• In‑depth knowledge of the FMCG sector and its dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills
