Sales Representative

About the role

Al-Safi Group is hiring a Sales Representative in Baghdad within its Consumers department. The role involves promoting the company's products and services to individual clients, building relationships and reaching sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and present the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Conduct field visits or phone calls to attract individual clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Record and regularly update customer information in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
• Prepare periodic reports on market trends, competitors and customer feedback.
• Take part in promotional events and exhibitions when required.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on offers and promotional campaigns.
• Handle payment collection where applicable, in line with company policy.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably B2C.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Personal vehicle preferred.
