Sales Representative - IVF & Medical Products

About the role

A well-established distributor of medical and IVF/ART products across Iraq is looking for a motivated, well-spoken Sales Representative with a medical background to join its Sales & Marketing team in Erbil. The role reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager and involves selling to hospitals, fertility clinics and healthcare providers. The position is full-time, five days a week (Saturday and Friday off), with a salary plus commission and lunch provided.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell IVF/ART and medical products to hospitals, fertility clinics and healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, embryologists, laboratory directors and procurement decision-makers.
• Carry out regular field visits, product presentations and demonstrations for existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the medical and IVF market.
• Prepare and provide accurate sales reports, forecasts and market feedback to management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and their clinical applications.
• Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams on order fulfillment and promotional support.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, exhibitions and client events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in genetics, medicine, pharmacy, medical laboratory sciences or a related medical field; a medical graduate is required.
• Proven, active sales experience, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare products industry.
• Fluent Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication; good command of English is an advantage.
• Professional, confident presentation style, self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Familiarity with the IVF/ART field is a strong advantage.
