Sales Operations & Follow-Up Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations & Follow-Up Officer to join our in‑house sales team in Baghdad. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain hands‑on experience in order processing, subscription management, and sales reporting within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on sales orders, subscriptions and customer requests to ensure smooth execution.
• Track subscription renewals, payment statuses and coordinate activation with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate operational records and sales trackers.
• Monitor collection rates, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and support data‑driven analysis.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure workflow continuity.
• Escalate operational concerns to management when necessary.
• Assist with office administration, logistics, meetings and documentation.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in sales operations, customer support or administration.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable working with reports, trackers and operational data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
