Sales Manager – Medical Doctor (Baghdad)

About the role

Care Grid is seeking a Sales Manager who is a qualified medical doctor to lead its sales efforts in Baghdad. The role combines hands‑on clinic acquisition with team leadership, helping private clinics adopt the Doctor Grid digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and set targets for a small sales team.
• Visit private clinics across Baghdad, demonstrate the Doctor Grid app and close sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinic owners and medical networks.
• Manage the sales pipeline across multiple channels and conduct regular pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Provide market intelligence to the product team.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD) – mandatory.
• Minimum three years of post‑graduation sales experience, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Proven leadership or team‑management experience.
• Existing network of doctors, clinic owners or medical staff in Baghdad.
• Deep understanding of private clinic operations.
• Based in Baghdad and able to conduct in‑person visits.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or pipeline tools (e.g., ClickUp).
