Sales Manager – Cybersecurity & Cloud Solutions

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and expand Onyxes’ market presence across strategic sectors such as government, enterprise, telecom, banking, oil & gas, and education. The role focuses on business development, strategic sales execution, customer acquisition, and opportunity management for a portfolio that includes cybersecurity, managed services, cloud solutions, data‑center infrastructure, networking, software, digital transformation, and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline aligned with company growth objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and sectors.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract award, including negotiations and closing.
• Collaborate with Presales, Bidding, Delivery, Vendor Alliances, and Executive Management to ensure successful pursuit and closure of opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and revenue projections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development and strategic sales within technology or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and large‑scale opportunities.
• Strong executive‑level communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, data‑center infrastructure, networking, and managed services solutions.
• Ability to translate customer business challenges into technology‑driven value propositions.
• Experience developing ROI‑based business cases and value propositions.
