Sales Executive – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our Food & Beverage sales in Baghdad. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building client relationships and expanding market presence for Mövenpick Hotel Al Zaytoon’s dining outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage sector across assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and personalized service.
• Present product offerings, highlight value propositions and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software, tracking leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities and threats.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of proven sales experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client‑focused attitude with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.
