About the role
Talabat is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support its vendor network and ensure smooth sales operations across logistics. The role involves communicating with partners, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate records to drive productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments on sales‑related logistics matters.
- On‑board and train new vendors, providing guidance on the vendor portal and related tools.
- Resolve technical problems for vendors, such as location settings and portal access.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure systems operate without interruption.
- Provide partner support via email, phone, or remote control sessions.
- Update and track the status of closed vendors.
- Maintain quality accounts, nurture partner relationships, and address operational issues between vendors and users.
- Record all sales and prospecting activities, including follow‑ups and transmission method reports.
- Prepare reports on training requests and other relevant metrics.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or up to two years of full‑time experience in a similar sales or customer‑service role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, solve problems quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
