About the role
Talabat is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support its vendor network and ensure smooth sales operations across logistics and partner teams. You will act as the main point of contact for vendors, helping them onboard, resolve technical issues, and maintain high‑quality relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments, especially Logistics, on sales‑related matters.
- Train and onboard new vendors, ensuring they understand platform processes.
- Resolve technical issues for vendors, including portal access, location settings, and related troubleshooting.
- Monitor vendor performance and system health, updating status and closing inactive accounts.
- Provide partner support via email, phone, and remote‑control tools.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow‑ups, and transmission method reports.
- Generate reports on training requests and vendor quality metrics.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of full‑time experience in a similar sales or vendor‑management role.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and work under tight deadlines.
- Interpersonal and presentation skills with a flexible, deadline‑driven mindset.
