Sales & Account Management Officer – Food (Nasiriyah)

About the role

Baly, Iraq’s leading super‑app, is expanding its food ecosystem and seeks a Sales & Account Management Officer to drive restaurant partner acquisition and growth in Nasiriyah. You will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners, managing existing accounts, and ensuring they achieve strong performance on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and acquire top restaurant partners for the Baly platform.
• Conduct in‑person or virtual meetings, presentations and field visits to showcase Baly’s value proposition.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and meet acquisition and activation targets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing partners, monitoring performance and providing actionable insights.
• Promote participation in campaigns, discounts and promotions to boost sales.
• Provide operational support, including POS device installation, staff training, first‑level troubleshooting and follow‑up on maintenance.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Operations and Support teams to align on business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a proven focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
