Retail Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales performance. The role involves hands‑on supervision, staff development through training and mentoring, and ensuring the store meets Apple’s visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities to meet customer service standards and profitability targets.
• Lead the team on shift, model best practices, and report daily activities to the Store Manager.
• Conduct briefings, motivate staff, and monitor performance to boost sales.
• Apply Apple planograms and maintain store appearance according to Apple guidelines.
• Assist in creating staff schedules, considering vacations and optimal floor coverage.
• Oversee merchandising, stock replenishment, and address customer complaints.
• Monitor store cleanliness and maintenance to align with brand standards.
• Track sales metrics and implement actions to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently applied.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail leadership experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Apple planogram implementation.
