Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

Dara Health Group is expanding its presence in the Kurdistan Region and seeks a Regional Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Salutem Pharma products. The role involves shaping regional marketing strategies, collaborating with sales, medical, and distribution teams, and enhancing brand visibility across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans and campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing activities, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Support product launches and brand development strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and medical teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Prepare marketing reports and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduated from a Medical or Pharmacy College.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written).
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel within the Kurdistan Region.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in the Kurdistan Region (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in market analysis and campaign planning.
• Ability to coordinate events and promotional activities.
• Experience with product launch support.
